At The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) we are committed to providing inclusive, fun-filled adventures for every child or young person in need. We provide a variety of free programmes for children across the North-West with life-limiting or terminal conditions, additional needs, from a disadvantaged start in life or impacted by the needs of a family member or by bereavement. If you believe that your group or child will benefit from a visit to CAFT, please complete this form, return it to us and we will review your application.

To help us review your application we will need further details. Please describe the aims of your organisation / needs of your family and explain why you think a visit to CAFT would be of value to the children / young people you care for. Families / Individuals should outline why you will benefit from a visit to CAFT as a whole. Please provide as much detail as possible in the boxes below, even if you have applied in the past. Are you able to support our charity?

The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust relies solely on voluntary income as we do not receive any statutory funding. We greatly appreciate any contribution towards our programme, this is not mandatory and will not affect the application decision.
