Snowdon Watkins
Saturday 27th July 2024
Join us for this wonderful annual event, when we ascent Mt Snowdon. This year we will be doing it via the stunning Watkins Path..
Yr Wyddfa (pronounced “Er with-va”) is a Welsh name for Mt Snowdon, and Eryri (pronounced “Eh-ruh-re”) Welsh name for Snowdonia.
Whether you have been up this mountain lots of times before, or it’s your first time – you will always be rewarded with unique experience, with it’s variant in weather (and company).
Starting our walk at 9.00am, we will aim to reach Mt Snowdon in the early afternoon and get back home by early evening. Join us for this hard ,but stunning walk up Snowdon. Fingers crossed – on a nice crisp day, the views are breath-taking.
£20.00 to join. This includes guided walk and small donation to CAFT.
Further donations or fundraising welcome.
