CAFT Champion of the month

Our champions of the month are... Joe and Amy Grundy!

Joe and Amy are the children of CAFT's very own founder, Tim Grundy. In 1985 Tim initiated and was at the forefront of a fundraising appeal which resulted in our site, Booth Bank Farm, being purchased. Joe and Amy have grown up with the charity and have remained in contact with us throughout the years. In February this year, Joe and Amy made a special visit to the Farm to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Tim's passing and it was then that we had the idea of formally recognising our special relationship with them by inviting Joe and Amy to become Patrons.

Our lovely new Patrons have this to say:
"It's a privilege and honour for us both to be asked to become Patrons for CAFT. The Farm has always held a special place in our hearts. We'd both like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff, both past and present for their dedication in continually striving towards making our Dad's dream a reality. We know how proud he would have been seeing how CAFT has grown and the number of local children it's helped."
